First of all, we want to say thank you to all of our customers who have been a source of strength during these trying times. We have been heartened by the touching messages that are being sent to family and friends across the United States and happy to have a small part in providing some cheer to those who need it most. We have been especially grateful when called upon to send our cartons to essential workers.
We also want you to reassure you that we are still able to process orders within one business day (Hours: 9:00 a.m - 5:00 pm EST). However due to the pandemic, USPS may take an extra day or two to deliver your package. To help rectify this possible delay, we are trying to get all orders out the day they are placed whenever possible.
As a small business we are able to process orders safely during the current stay-at-home guidelines, as there is never more than one person sending out our cartons at one time. We are also taking increased health and safety precautions to make sure that both our employees and customers stay safe.
