Refund policy

Return Policy:

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unopened items in original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or defective items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please get in touch with us immediately at support@cartonblanche.com with photos. We'll replace it or issue a full refund regardless of whether the package has been opened.

Return Process:

  • Contact us at support@cartonblanche.com within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unopened and in original packaging
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the return
