How long will my order take?
We strive to ship all orders out within one business day. Our packages are sent via USPS Priority Mail which normally takes between 2-4 days to arrive. For those times when you need a speedier delivery option, we offer Priority Mail Express which generally arrives within 1-2 days. However, because of nationwide Covid-19 impacts, USPS says that package delivery times may be extended. This should not affect Priority Mail Express Service.
Shipping Options & Pricing:
USPS Priority Mail: We offer flat rate shipping rates based on size and weight. Our smaller cartons cost $7.99 and the larger cartons cost $13.99.
USPS Priority Mail Express: We use standard USPS rates which are based on the size and weight of the carton, as well as zip code. We will do our best to get orders out the same day they are placed if we receive them by 1 PM EST.
Will you ship to a hospital?
Although we do ship to hospitals, we strongly recommend you send the carton to a home address when possible. Since a patient may change rooms or be sent home earlier than planned, it is generally safer to send packages to a residence. However, if a patient will be hospitalized long-term, we will work with you to facilitate a hospital delivery. Please be prepared to provide the patient’s room number and a back-up address in case we run into any issues.
How do I add a personal gift message?
You may add a personal message on the product page, and we will enclose it on a handwritten gift card for you.
Where is my order?
You will receive an email confirmation when you place an order and a second email when we have confirmation from USPS that your package has been delivered. For help tracking your order contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you ship internationally? Currently, we are set up for shipping within the United States and Canada. However, if you would like to have a carton sent to another country, please contact us and we should be able to work something out.
Returns & Exchanges
As a general policy we do not make exchanges or accept returns, but please let us know if something goes wrong in transit, or if you aren't happy with your gift for any reason. We can be reached at 866-460-3349 or via email at email@example.com and will do our best to help.
If you need to cancel or alter your order, we are happy to honor your request as long as your order has not been shipped. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment within 2 business days.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
We do our best to verify addresses to make sure your carton will arrive safely, and will work with you in the event of a misplaced package. However, we encourage you to ship to a business or a single family residence to reduce the chances of this happening.
