Slow-Stitched Coaster Kit by Helen Round:  This lovely linen coaster kit was created as a partnership between Helen Round and textile artist Rebekah Johnston. Suitable for adults without prior sewing experience, this project is designed to be sewn by hand. Hand-sewing is not only immensely satisfying, it has been shown to be both relaxing and meditative.  

Directions are provided through an instructional video where Rebekah narrates the following techniques: constructing a quilt sandwich, approaches to composition, binding, raw edge appliqué and decorative stitching.
